DMCA & Copyright Policy

CraveRooms respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users and performers to do the same. We respond promptly to valid copyright infringement claims under both United States and Canadian law.

United States — DMCA Takedown (17 U.S.C. § 512)

If you believe content on CraveRooms infringes your copyright under US law, send a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent:

Your DMCA notice must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the infringing material and its URL on our Platform.
  4. Your contact information: name, address, phone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Canada — Notice and Notice Regime (Copyright Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-42)

CraveRooms complies with Canada's Notice and Notice framework under the Copyright Modernization Act (S.C. 2012, c. 20). If you are a Canadian rights holder and believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, you may send a notice to:

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will forward it to the alleged infringer as required by Canadian law and retain records for a minimum of six (6) months (or twelve (12) months if court proceedings are initiated). We will notify you once the notice has been forwarded.

Your Canadian notice must include:

  1. Your name and address.
  2. The copyrighted work alleged to be infringed.
  3. The location (URL) of the infringing content on our Platform.
  4. The date and time the alleged infringement occurred (if known).

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to legal@craverooms.com. We will restore removed content within 10–14 business days unless the complainant initiates a court action.

Repeat Infringers

CraveRooms will terminate the accounts of users and performers who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, in accordance with applicable US and Canadian law.
